CO2330_CYP Emotional Wellbeing_Market Engagement

Wiltshire Council is seeking to engage with organisations operating within the children and young people emotional wellbeing sector to help inform the future design and commissioning of emotional wellbeing support across Wiltshire. The Council is undertaking a period of pre-procurement market engagement to better understand current market capability, emerging best practice, innovative delivery models and potential approaches to service delivery for children and young people. Wiltshire Council is keen to hear from a broad range of providers, including voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations, charities, NHS organisations, independent providers and collaborative partnerships or consortiums. Engagement activity is expected to include market discussions and a follow-up questionnaire seeking provider insight on service design, outcomes, delivery models, affordability, innovation, collaboration opportunities and potential barriers to market participation. Feedback received will be used to help shape the Council's future commissioning intentions and any subsequent procurement activity. The Council welcomes views on what an effective emotional wellbeing service should look like for Wiltshire's children and young people, including approaches to self-referral, navigation and advice, counselling and therapeutic support, digital provision, community-based interventions, support for priority cohorts, and integration with wider emotional wellbeing and mental health pathways Participation in this market engagement exercise will not confer any advantage in any future procurement process, nor does it commit the Council to commence any procurement or award any contract.

Nicotine Replacement Therapy and Smoking Cessation Medication Postal Supply within Suffolk

Suffolk County Council (Public Health, Communities and Public Safety) are currently out to tender for the postal supply of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) and smoking cessation prescription medication. Smoking prevalence in Suffolk is currently estimated at 10.5%. The Council's ambition is to reduce this to 5% or below by 2030. The Council is therefore exploring alternative delivery models to improve accessibility. The procurement is split into two lots. Suppliers may bid for either lot individually or for both lots. Lot 1 - Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) Supply a range of NRT products following referral from the Council's commissioned stop smoking service (FGS) and deliver products directly to clients using a reliable and secure postal service. Lot 2 - Smoking cessation prescription medication Undertake remote clinical consultations with clients referred by the stop smoking service to assess suitability for Varenicline or Cytisine and, where clinically appropriate, supply medication directly to clients using a reliable and secure postal service. This opportunity is available in the 'Current Tenders' area of the portal. Interested parties are invited to express their interest to gain full access to the tender documentation. Time and Motion Study

This is a Preliminary Market Engagement Exercise - this is not a tendering opportunity or a call for competition. This is to inform the market of the requirement and gather information and feedback from the market via a Supplier Questionnaire in advance of publishing a future tender. The Office of the Traffic Commissioner (OTC) requires an independent time and motion study to establish a robust evidence base for the time, effort and resources required to deliver its principal casework, licensing, tribunal, compliance, finance, correspondence and support processes. The study will identify the end-to-end elapsed time, active handling time, waiting time, rework, hand-offs and variation associated with agreed process families. It will distinguish productive activity from unavoidable delay and system or process constraints, analyse why variation occurs, and interpret the findings against actual and forecast workload. The resulting evidence must enable OTC to calculate the capacity and full-time equivalent resource required to deliver each process and the overall workload at agreed service levels. The study is not an assessment of individual employee performance. Results must be reported at process, role or team level and interpreted in the context of case complexity, statutory requirements, quality controls, reasonable adjustments, system performance and dependencies on other organisations. Please note this is a draft outline of the requirement and will be subject to amendment prior to any potential procurement exercise. The responses to the market engagment will help determine the value and length of the contract.
