A Secretaria da Educação (SEDUC) convida empresas de consultoria elegíveis à apresentação de expressão de manifestação de interesse com vistas a executar os referidos serviços de consultoria. As empresas interessadas manifestam seu interesse em participar da futura licitação, apresentando o seu portfólio, com qualificação e experiência da empresa, onde serão avaliadas conforme os critérios. Lembrando que na etapa de manifestação de interesse não serão analisados os dados de cada especialista, só experiências da empresa . Os critérios para selecionar a lista curta são: A empresa de consultoria deverá possuir experiência mínima de 5 (cinco) anos na execução de projetos relacionados ao desenvolvimento de metodologias de cálculo de custos no setor público, preferencialmente na área de alimentação escolar ou políticas educacionais, incluindo conhecimento do Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar. Deverá comprovar experiência prévia em, no mínimo, 2 (dois) projetos similares , envolvendo análise de custos, modelagem de repasses financeiros ou desenvolvimento de metodologias aplicadas à gestão pública. A empresa deverá apresentar experiências técnica em pelo menos 3(três) das listadas abaixo: Realização de análise de dados econômicos e de preços de alimentos, incluindo índices inflacionários; No desenvolvimento de modelos de cálculo per capita e indicadores de consumo efetivo; Na Condução de pesquisas de campo regionalizadas para levantamento de custos; Na estruturação de metodologias replicáveis e atualizáveis; Elaboração de definição de requisitos para sistemas de cálculo e atualização de valores; Na elaboração de materiais técnicos e na capacitação de equipes da administração pública. 4.
