Smoking Cessation Service in SMEs

This Procurement is being conducted in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 using the competitive process (regulations 6(7) & 11). Smoking remains a leading cause of preventable illness and premature death. Employees in routine and manual occupations in Wolverhampton have a significantly higher smoking prevalence, compared to the general population. The aim of this service is to support employees within SMEs in Wolverhampton to successfully quit smoking through a structured, evidence-based cessation programme. Delivering targeted smoking cessation support directly within Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs) settings provides an opportunity to: • Reduce health inequalities • Improve workforce health and productivity • Decrease sickness absence • Support organisational wellbeing cultures • This service aims to provide an accessible, proactive, and engaging smoking cessation intervention tailored to SME environments. SBSA CS Integrated Transport Digital Twin bid Preliminary Market Engagement (SBSA001 2026006)

Sussex & Brighton Strategic Authority (SBSA) has been pre-selected by Department for Transport (DfT) to apply for the Integrated Transport Digital Twin (ITDT) opportunity. SBSA was pre-selected for this opportunity through a national assessment process by DfT that identified authorities with the potential to generate transferable learning for the transport sector. DfT recognised SBSA’s strategic transport leadership role and its anticipated contribution to developing an integrated and connected transport network across the area. SBSA and the East Sussex Procurement Hub (ESPH) are undertaking proportionate pre-procurement preliminary market engagement to test the deliverability, affordability and sustainability of the proposed Integrated Transport Digital Twin bid for Sussex & Brighton. This engagement will include discussions with potential suppliers and delivery partners, supported by procurement colleagues, to understand market capability, implementation approaches, ongoing operational requirements and key delivery risks. Feedback from the market will assist in informing the final delivery plan, risk management approach and sustainability arrangements; providing assurance to both SBSA and DfT that the proposed solution can be delivered using currently available technologies and services. This approach aligns with DfT guidance for applicants to the fund, which encourages applicants to engage with potential contractors and delivery partners to demonstrate market readiness. This is the system that manages and facilitates the logistics of physical cash across its 11,500+ branches and other customers across the UK. S E R V I C E S U M M A R Y A highly specialised, business-critical cash management system used in POL's cash centres and Cash & Valuables in Transit (CViT) depots (as opposed to POL branches) supporting the movement, processing, reconciliation, control and reporting of cash and valuables across POL's national supply chain. Functions of the system may also include demand planning and cash forecasting, customer order management and fulfilment, end-to-end consignment and chain-of-custody tracking, route planning and optimisation, real-time operational visibility, exception and investigation management, multi-currency cash processing, inventory forecasting and optimisation, digital proof of collection and delivery, advanced reporting and self-service analytics, audit and regulatory compliance, master data management, and operational performance monitoring either delivered directly, or through integrations to POL strategic systems. The solution is expected to support configurable workflows, automation, predictive analytics, and the efficient management of cash, valuables, assets and transport operations across the end-to-end supply chain. The solution must support POL's independent network of customers, including POL Branches and banking hubs. Market Engagement Event Homecare Services for Adult Social Care and Children and Young People with Disabilities

The Council requires the provision of Homecare Services for Adult Social Care and Children and Young People with Disabilities. A procurement will be undertaken to establish both a new Lead Provider contract and a Framework contract of providers. The Lead Provider contracts will be let on a neighbourhood basis to mirror the five integrated neighbourhood areas.
