Le Gouvernement Malagasy a obtenu un financement de la Banque mondiale destiné à couvrir les coûts liés à la mise en œuvre du Projet pour l'Autonomisation des Filles et des Femmes en Afrique de l'Est et Australe - (EAGER) et a l'intention d'affecter une partie des fonds pour effectuer les paiements au titre du contrat décrit en (2) ci-après : 2. Placé sous l'autorité hiérarchique du Directeur des programmes EAGER, le Responsable Programmation et Suivi Evaluation a pour mission principale de piloter la planification stratégique, la gestion budgétaire et le système de suivi-évaluation du projet EAGER pour assurer la cohérence, la transparence et l'efficacité dans la mise en œuvre des actions, et garantir l'atteinte des résultats fixés, en particulier dans le cadre du projet EAGER. 3. Afin de réaliser les activités prévues dans le cadre du projet, le Fonds d'Intervention pour le Développement invite les personnes éligibles à manifester leur intérêt. Les candidats devront fournir toutes les informations pertinentes attestant de leurs qualifications et de leur expérience professionnelle, démontrant ainsi leur aptitude à exécuter les prestations prévues ci-dessous : Qualifications : Minimum Master II en Statistique, économie, Gestion de projets, Sciences sociales, Informatique Minimum 5 ans d'expérience au cours des dix dernières années dans le domaine du suivi-évaluation, idéalement au sein de projets de développement, d'ONG internationales ou d'institutions publiques. Minimum 5 ans d'expérience au cours des dix dernières années dans l'utilisation d'outils numériques de suivi-évaluation de projets/programmes (outils à préciser), traitement de données. 2 années expérience au cours des dix dernières années dans les projets financés par des bailleurs internationaux seraient un atout. Le recrutement comportera deux (02) phases : Une phase de présélection des candidats par l'établissement d'une liste restreinte des candidats les plus qualifiés pour le poste, au regard de l'analyse de leurs CV.
