Contractul are ca obiect execuția lucrărilor aferente obiectivului de investiții „Înființare sistem de distribuție gaze naturale în comunele Mânăstirea, Chiselet și Spanțov, județul Călărași", în conformitate cu Proiectul Tehnic nr. 8/2025 – faza P.T.–D.E., Caietul de sarcini, Autorizația de Construire și celelalte documente tehnice care alcătuiesc documentația de atribuire. Lucrările includ realizarea unei rețele noi de distribuție a gazelor naturale cu o lungime totală de aproximativ 37.320 m, realizarea conductei de racordare la sistemul existent de distribuție, execuția Stației de Reglare-Măsurare-Predare – SRMP, precum și toate lucrările, verificările, probele tehnologice, operațiunile de recepție și activitățile necesare punerii în funcțiune a sistemului. Lucrările se vor realiza pe teritoriul comunelor Mânăstirea, Chiselet și Spanțov, județul Călărași, precum și pe amplasamentele suplimentare aferente investiției, respectiv tronsonul de racordare la sistemul existent de distribuție situat pe teritoriul municipiului Oltenița, amplasamentul Stației de Reglare-Măsurare-Predare și tronsonul de tranzitare situate pe teritoriul comunei Ulmeni, județul Călărași. Investiția urmărește asigurarea accesului la rețeaua de distribuție a gazelor naturale pentru aproximativ 988 de gospodării. Contractul are ca obiect exclusiv execuția lucrărilor, fără a include servicii de elaborare, actualizare sau verificare a proiectului tehnic, acesta fiind realizat anterior inițierii procedurii. Durata de Execuție este de maximum 36 de luni, calculată de la Data de Începere stabilită prin Ordinul Administrativ de Începere emis în condițiile Contractului. Perioada de garanție a lucrărilor este de 36 de luni de la data punerii în funcțiune și este distinctă de Durata de Execuție. Valoarea estimată a contractului este de 29.264.199,92 lei fără TVA. Valoarea estimată reflectă contravaloarea tuturor activităților și cerințelor stipulate prin caietul de sarcini și este stabilită pe baza devizului general la faza de proiectare P.Th. Valoarea estimată nu include sume provizionate/rezerve de implementare, astfel încât nu există o suprapunere între sumele provizionate și cheltuielile diverse și neprevăzute. La nivelul proiectului este prevăzută o sumă aferentă cheltuielilor diverse și neprevăzute în cuantum de 200.000 lei fără TVA, evidențiată distinct în devizul general și neinclusă în valoarea estimată declarată pentru contractul de execuție ce face obiectul prezentei proceduri. Termenul limită în care autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări/informații suplimentare este cu 11 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
