Réaliser une analyse critique de l'existant Réaliser un diagnostic de l'architecture actuelle, des applications, des infrastructures, des bases de données et des interfaces du RNPP. évaluer les performances, la sécurité, la gouvernance des données et le niveau d'interopérabilité du système existant. Identifier les forces, les limites et les risques de l'architecture actuelle au regard des besoins futurs. Déterminer les composants pouvant être conservés, modernisés ou réutilisés dans la future architecture. Recommander les composants, technologies ou services devant être remplacés ou faire l'objet d'une refonte afin de répondre aux exigences de la nouvelle génération du Registre National des Personnes Physiques. Définir les principes d'architecture Définir les principes d'une architecture modulaire, faiblement couplée et orientée événements, favorisant l'évolutivité, la réutilisation des composants et l'interopérabilité. Concevoir une architecture "API First" et "Cloud Ready", permettant une intégration simple avec les systèmes internes et les partenaires, tout en facilitant les futurs déploiements. Garantir la robustesse de la plateforme grâce à des mécanismes de haute disponibilité, de résilience, d'observabilité et de supervision. Intégrer la sécurité dès la conception ("Security by Design"), en assurant la protection des données, la gestion des accès, la traçabilité et la conformité aux meilleures pratiques internationales.
