Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna sprzedaż i dostawa loco magazyn Miejskiego Zakładu Komunikacji w Koninie Sp. z o.o. mieszczącego się przy ul. M. Dąbrowskiej 1a następujących paliwa płynnych: oleju napędowego CN 2710 20 11 ilości około 1 300 000 l benzyny bezołowiowej 95 CN 2710 12 45 w ilości około 170 000 l Kupujący zastrzega sobie prawo do zakupu mniejszej ilości paliwa niż wskazana wyżej, zgodnie z bieżącymi potrzebami eksploatacyjnymi, przy czym minimalną ilość paliwa do zakupu Zamawiający określa na poziomie 1 000 000 l oleju napędowego oraz 80 000 l benzyny bezołowiowej. . W przypadku niewykorzystania jej w dacie końcowej obowiązywania umowy nie jest on zobowiązany do wyczerpania pełnej ilości wskazanej wyżej. Warunki techniczne: Przedmiot zamówienia musi być zgodny z obowiązującymi Polskimi Normami (olej napędowy- PN-EN 590:2026-01, benzyna bezołowiowa 95 PN-EN 228:2026-01 i przepisami branżowymi (Rozporządzenie Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska z dnia 26.06.2024 r. w sprawie wymagań jakościowych dla paliw ciekłych (Dz.U. 2024.1018 z późn. zm.). W przypadku zmiany przepisów lub norm, oferowane paliwo musi być zgodne ze zmienionymi przepisami i normami. Ilość pojedynczych dostaw ww. paliw - w zależności od potrzeb Zamawiającego. Przewiduje się 4-6 dostaw w miesiącu. Sukcesywne dostawy paliw odbywać się będą na zamówienie dokonane e-mailem maksymalnie w ciągu 48 godzin od złożenia zamówienia. Zamawiający będzie składał Zamówienia wyłącznie w dni robocze od poniedziałku do piątku z wyłączeniem dni ustawowo wolnych od pracy. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo zamawiania dowolnej ilości poszczególnych paliw, przy czym minimalną wielkość jednorazowej dostawy określa się na około 20 000 litrów. Transport paliw do magazynu MZK przy ul. M. Dąbrowskiej 1a odbywać się będzie na koszt dostawcy. Zamawiający odrzuci ofertę, w której udział produktów, pochodzących z państw członkowskich Unii Europejskiej, państw, z którymi Unia Europejska zawarła umowy o równym traktowaniu przedsiębiorców, lub państw, wobec których na mocy decyzji Rady stosuje się przepisy dyrektywy 2014/25/UE, nie przekracza 50% całkowitej wartości przedmiotów objętych ofertą.

Zur Abdeckung des Bedarfs an Ökostrom benötigt der Auftraggeber einen neuen Energieliefervertrag. Der abzuschließende Energieliefervertrag umfasst die Lieferung des gesamten Bedarfs an Ökostrom zur Versorgung der ausgeschriebenen Abnahmestellen. Anzahl der Abnahmestellen: 1 (davon 1 RLM) mit Jahresverbrauch: 346.465 kWh. Der Auftragnehmer verpflichtet sich, den geforderten Ökostrom gemäß den nachfolgenden Bedingungen zu liefern: Gefordert wird Ökostrom. Unter Ökostrom ist Strom zu verstehen, der aus erneuerbaren Energiequellen erzeugt wurde. Dazu zählen bspw. Windkraft, Solarenergie oder Wasserkraft. Der Ökostrom soll der Qualität der gängigen Label genügen. Die Zertifizierung des angebotenen Ökostroms nach Grünen Strom Label, ok power, TÜV NORD A75-S026-1, TÜV SÜD CMS Standard 80 EE01, TÜV SÜD CMS Standard 82 EE02, TÜV SÜD CMS Standard 87 Erzeugung EE+ oder einem Label mit gleichwertigen Anforderungen sind daher Voraussetzung für die Belieferung der Liegenschaften von Kunden. Der Versorger hat nach Ablauf des jeweiligen Lieferjahres die Lieferung von Ökostrom mit Herkunftsnachweisen oder Zertifikaten zu belegen.

The successful Tenderer shall carry out the following activities: • Detailed familiarisation of the successful Tenderer with the latest status of current and emerging operational CAMS products and the use of satellite Earth Observations (EO) for GHG emissions monitoring. • Facilitate collaboration between European national inventory agencies and CAMS. • Collect, document and analyse user requirements at national level for EU member states and Copernicus participating countries. • Provide recommendations for the development of policy-relevant tools, including data visualisation, at national level.
