This will be used to inform future national guidance on specific diagnostics and care pathways for detecting infection and reducing Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR). Key objectives of this project To update the model with English RWD wherever possible. To validate the model inputs, assumptions and results with subject matter experts (SMEs). To update the report accordingly. To include additional levels of detail within the model, to more accurately capture the resource use, costs and benefits of optimising the blood culture pathway. To conduct additional analyses in the existing model, addressing other challenges. To design and develop a flexible interface for users inputting their own data and generate trust-specific outcomes and business cases. To develop the report into a manuscript. To submit the manuscript to a peer-reviewed journal (+/- submission to a pre-print journal) and provide peer-reviewed, referenceable evidence. Strategic rationale This aims to support the necessary changes in the blood culture pathway to save lives and improve patient outcomes from sepsis.
The required services are for inspections and ecology surveys to take place across the TfL network. This includes the track bed, station grounds and carparks. The inspections and surveys will inform vegetation management strategies, biodiversity net gain opportunities and help mitigate health and safety risk.
Transport for London (TfL) is establishing a contract for vegetation inspection services to enable TfL to access arboricultural, ecological and environmental expertise, whether that is regular, ongoing maintenance or one-off, project-specific requests. In addition, this contract will require the supplier to provide TfL with full access to, and ownership of, the track inspection and ecological data that is collected. The context supporting this contract is an increased legislative requirement for TfL to be aware of, and report on, ecological data. The contract will include: Track-side vegetation inspections - Environmental and vegetation inspections occurring on and around the track, including fencing (if required) inspections, routine off-track PM6 vegetation inspections, cyclical Tree Condition Assessments, possession tree work specifications and canopy corridor assessments in relation to leaf-fall adhesion risk. Inspections will be carried out in line with TfL track engineering safety standards to ensure the track is safe for operation, by suitably certificated personnel (including Sentinel with ICI-LUL endorsement and LANTRA tree inspection qualifications). Built environment vegetation inspections - Environmental and vegetation inspections in and around station grounds, car parks and green roofs (if required). These inspections will be carried out to ensure TfL's built environment is safe for staff and the public using TfL services.

The work should assess what has changed since FSNR and what those changes mean for the relative attractiveness, feasibility and risks of different future regulatory framework options. Ofgem is seeking external consultancy support to inform its Future Frameworks project, which is considering what the next generation of network price controls could look like beyond 2031. While RIIO has evolved significantly since its introduction in 2013, the energy sector is entering a period of unprecedented change driven by electrification, increasing network investment requirements, strategic system planning, changing patterns of energy demand, advances in flexibility markets and rapid technological development, including artificial intelligence. The requirement forms part of Ofgem’s wider Reimagining Network Regulation programme and builds on work previously undertaken through the Future Systems and Network Regulation (FSNR) review. The purpose of the procurement is to obtain independent expert analysis on how changes in the external environment and developments in Ofgem’s own regulatory capabilities may inform the design of future regulatory frameworks. In particular, the work will explore how enhanced data, digital, Intelligent Oversight and AI-enabled capabilities could create opportunities for alternative approaches to setting allowances, incentives, performance measures and accountability arrangements for gas and electricity network companies. Building on and advancing the work undertaken in FSNR, the successful tenderer will be expected to assess the relative strengths, weaknesses, risks and opportunities of different future framework options. The supplier should recommend a list of potential options for further consideration against the RIIO model, such as enhanced planning-based approaches, more adaptive and responsive ex ante regulatory arrangements and models with a greater focus on monitoring. The work will help Ofgem understand which options warrant further consideration, what enabling capabilities would be required to deliver alternative models, and what elements of new approaches could be tested during RIIO-3 and ED3 to inform future policy decisions. This procurement is intended to provide strategic insight rather than develop a detailed post-2031 price control design. The outputs will support Ofgem’s long-term thinking on how network regulation can continue to deliver affordable bills, resilient networks, high-quality service and effective delivery of Net Zero objectives in an increasingly digital and data-enabled environment. Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (Distribution and Transmission) intends to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply, delivery and installation of cabinet solution. This will include; integration with PAC access control systems, commissioning, maintenance and support services. SEN Distribution intends to replace 18 existing electronic key management cabinets that have reached end of life and are no longer supported, together with the installation of a further 4 new cabinets. SSEN Transmission has identified a requirement to deploy a new electronic key management solution across approximately 150 operational sites. The objective of this procurement is to establish a secure, cloud-based electronic key management solution that enables the safe storage, control and audit of keys used by Distribution and Transmission Engineering teams. The solution must integrate seamlessly with SSEN's existing PAC access control and security management systems and support efficient, secure access to critical operational assets. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the need to provide a robust and highly available secure key storage solution, that is auditable, tamper resistant, and an operationally viable management solution for vehicle, substation, key site and operational technology cabinet access keys. This Contract is for the Design, Build and Delivery of retrofit external works to existing wholly owned and mixed-tenure residential properties throughout Renfrewshire. The primary objective is to enhance the energy efficiency and thermal performance of the housing stock. For the initial contract term of 2 years, the Council will provide the design information, using the designs submitted by ECD Architects who were contracted to provide this service. The appointed Contractor will be responsible for the supply and installation of the works only during the initial term.
