При изпълнението на настоящата обществена поръчка ще се извършват следните дейности: 1. Разчистване на пътищата от сняг (снегопочистване). Зимното снегопочистване се извършва по необходимост, по всяко време на денонощието. За целта се използват подходящи за това високо проходими машини. Снегопочистването се извършва до тогава, докато се осигури нормална проходимост по пътищата при зимни условия. Да се спазват всички Правила за безопасност на движение по пътищата и Правилата за безопасност на труда. 2. Опесъчаване на пътната настилка. Опесъчаването се извършва по необходимост, по всяко време на денонощието. Опесъчаването на конкретен участък от пътната мрежа се извършва само при изрично получено от възложителя нареждане. Опесъчаването се извършва механизирано или ръчно, като се спазват всички Правила за безопасност на движение по пътищата и Правилата за безопасност на труда. 3. Осигуряване на денонощно дежурство на хора и техника през есенно-зимния сезон. 4. Събиране и подаване на информация за състоянието на пътната мрежа, обект на поръчката през зимния сезон. Пълният обхват на дейностите, включени в предмета на поръчката, са подробно описани в Техническата спецификация и проекта на договор, неразделна част от настоящата документация.

De scope van het inkooptraject betreft de gehele MSP-dienstverlening voor de inhuur van extern personeel voor de gemeente Woerden, voor functies vanaf schaal 9 en hoger. De dienstverlening bestaat in hoofdlijnen uit de organisatie van inhuur en sourcing van professionals op strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau, inclusief contractmanagement en alle bijbehorende werkzaamheden zoals eveneens beschreven in hoofdstuk 2.2. van het beschrijvend document Op basis van de afgelopen jaren is het de verwachting dat de omzet de komende jaren ongeveer €10.000.000,- per jaar zal bedragen. Gerekend over vier jaar betekent dit een totale omzet van €40.000.000,-. De maximale waarde van de overeenkomst bedraagt €60.000.000,- exclusief btw.

За нормално функциониране на обекта са предвидени: на 4-ти етаж кабинети за социален работник, счетоводител и касиер-домакин, здравен кабинет, дневна стая за социални контакти и трудотерапия, стая за персонала, помещение за инвентар, перално, помещение за рехабилитация, разливна кухня, стаи за потребителите; на 5-ти етаж освен 16 помещения за обитаване са обособени помещение за инвентар и зала за групови занимания. Предвидени са настилки от гранитогрес, стени и тавани с гипсова мазилка, фина гипсова шпакловка и високоустойчива интериорна боя с матов финиш, като стените на помещенията с мокри процеси (тоалетни, разливни, кухненски бокс и перални) се запечатват с еластичен хидроизолационнен разтвор. По фасади и покрив не се предвиждат съществени намеси, извършените СМР по тях по предходни намеси по други програми попадат в гаранционни срокове и изисквания за изпълнение критерии за устойчивост. Изпълнението включва най-малко следните дейности, които са свързани с основен ремонт на обекта и представляващи условие, следствие или допълнение към тях: • Изпълнение на СМР съгласно одобрен технически проект по РС №107 / 11.08.2026 г. на Главен архитект на Община Варна, предписанията и заповедите в Заповедната книга, в т.ч. предвидените с Количествено – стойностната сметка СМР; • Доставка и влагане в строителството на необходимите и съответстващи на инвестиционния проект строителни продукти; • Производство и/или доставка на Строителни детайли/елементи и оборудване и влагането им в Строежа; • Уведомяване на Възложителя за възникналата необходимост от допълнително проектиране; • Извършване на необходимите изпитвания и лабораторни изследвания; • Съставяне на строителни книжа и изготвяне на екзекутивната документация на Строежа; • Участие в процедурата по въвеждане на Строежа в експлоатация; • Отстраняване на недостатъците, установени при предаването на Строежа и въвеждането му в експлоатация; • Отстраняване на проявени дефекти през гаранционните срокове, които са минималните, съгласно Наредба №2 от 31.07.2003 год. за въвеждане в експлоатация на строежите в Република България и минималните гаранции срокове за изпълнение на строителни и монтажни работи, съоръжения и строителни обекти, в случаите когато определените минимални срокове превишават 60 месеца. Във всички останали случаи гаранционния срок е 60 месеца.
