The Wendling Estate is a council estate located in the Gospel Oak ward, with St Stephen’s Close immediately adjacent. Together they are known as the Wendling and St Stephen’s Close Estate, covering approximately 2.6 hectares and comprising 240 existing homes, including at the time of writing 191 Council-tenanted homes and 49 leasehold properties. The regeneration of the Wendling Estate and St Stephen’s Close is an important part of the Council’s Community Investment Programme. Residents voted in favour of full redevelopment of the Estate in July 2021 because they wanted new homes, better outdoor spaces, and a safer, more welcoming neighbourhood. The redevelopment proposals aim to deliver high-quality, energy efficient, genuinely affordable and private homes that meet residents’ needs and address long standing issues facing the existing Estate, such as overcrowding and antisocial behaviour. The Council intends, subject to Cabinet approval, to procure a joint venture development partner to deliver a redevelopment of the estate comprising circa 650-750 high-quality, sustainable new homes; replace the existing hostel and health centre; and improve the existing neighbourhood for current and future residents. The redevelopment will be delivered in accordance with the Landlord Offer that formed the basis of the resident ballot. The contract estimated value is £500m GDV (Gross Development Value). Please refer to the instructions set out in the ‘Engagement Process Description’ section below for details on how to participate in this process.

Network Rail currently delivers an end-to-end commercial filming service across a diverse portfolio of railway assets, acting as the primary interface between the rail industry and the screen sector. With the transition to Great British Railways (GBR), Network Rail is exploring future options for delivering these services across a larger estate that will encompass both Network Rail and Train Operating Company assets. Through this market engagement exercise, Network Rail seeks to understand market capability, supplier interest, potential delivery models, opportunities for innovation, and the extent to which external providers could deliver some or all of the service currently carried out in-house. The exercise will help inform future strategy development by assessing market maturity, operational considerations, resource requirements, and the risks and benefits associated with different delivery approaches. Network Rail will be holding supplier engagement sessions in London on 13 and 14 October 2026, providing an opportunity for suppliers to learn more about this forthcoming requirement. Details of how to register can be found in the RFI document, 'Pre-Market Engagement – Commercial Filming Services', which is available under "View Current Opportunities" on the Network Rail eSourcing Portal (Bravo): https://networkrail.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html The engagement sessions will be conducted on a one-to-one basis, with each supplier offered a one-hour time slot. Please note that, should it become necessary to reschedule the market engagement sessions, Network Rail will notify all interested suppliers using the email address provided within their RFI response.

Liverpool City Council is undertaking preliminary market engagement to inform the development of the proposed Healthy Schools and Early Years Programme. The programme will provide a structured whole setting approach that supports the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of students, teachers, staff and parents. The programme is intended to provide coordinated and free, comprehensive and accessible health and wellbeing offer that will be responsive to new and emerging needs. It will support both settings and providers to increase access, choice and reduce duplication and will ensure that the local offer is based on the best possible evidence. The Council is therefore exploring a model that focuses on coordination, partnership working and system leadership, bringing together and maximising the impact of existing services rather than replacing them. The intention is to create a single, coherent offer that helps schools, early years settings and alternative provision settings access appropriate support, identify local needs and improve health and wellbeing outcomes. The Council is seeking to engage with organisations that have experience of coordinating complex multi-agency services, facilitating partnership working and supporting whole-system approaches to health improvement, prevention and early intervention. Feedback gathered through this engagement will help inform the future service specification, delivery model and procurement approach.

The ICT Support at LAAT is currently provided by a single outsourced support provider who provides a mix of scheduled onsite visits and remote support. This contract will end in March 2027, and so the Trust needs to run a procurement to ensure continuity of service. In addition to this, the Trust is planning a major ICT related investment and commitment to pupil learning by implementing a Trust wide 'One to One' (hereafter, 1:1) mobile device scheme for its students. The Trust has already piloted a 1:1 mobile device scheme using Apple iPads so the Trust understands its requirements clearly. Going forward, given both the scale of the requirement and the need to sustain and develop the programme over five years the point has been reached where a significant procurement exercise is needed to both be compliant with the Procurement Act and ensure best value with a capable partner going forward. Therefore, LAAT is taking the opportunity to go to the market to identify the best innovative and forward-looking partner to work with them in the support, delivery and development of their ICT provision over the next five years providing both the Managed Service Support and potentially 1:1 device procurement and support. Given the significant investment in Apple devices, and based on experience from the pilot 1:1 project, the Trust will require specific training and CPD on the use of Apple devices and education specific applications in the classroom (including, but not limited to, Showbie - which is currently used in the pilot schools) from an appropriately accredited training provider, with 'real-world' experience of Apple devices being used in a 1:1/classroom context. The Trust is open to the MSP providing this training, but the Trust has built up a strong relationship with an existing 3rd party supplier in this area, and reserves the right to continue this relationship to ensure the most effective use of the 1:1 devices and the best outcomes for the 1:1 project. This procurement includes (but may not be limited to) the items listed below. • A core managed service, management of all ICT against an agreed SLA • A Service Desk, available 52 weeks a year including out of hours access providing a 'remote fix' to issues as they are reported where possible • On-site school staffing which suppliers deem necessary to deliver the service and meet the SLA requirements • Support for the Trust's Safeguarding/Filtering solution, Securly • Support for the Trust's Barracuda email security/Anti phishing solution • Strategic advice and direction to the Trust regarding ICT • Responsibility for design, specification, installation, and management of all ICT infrastructure • Supply of goods and services based on an agreed Best Value approach • Management of 3rd parties where relevant to the ICT support • Relevant monitoring, management, patching • Responsibility for ensuring appropriate backup and anti-virus is in place • Regular performance reporting • Support for cybersecurity readiness • CPD and training - digital skills and curriculum as necessary across Microsoft and Apple devices/software • There is an expectation that the provider will support and/or drive innovation • Maintain technical documentation • Maintain operational documentation, for example inventory management and risk registers • Collective partnership targets aligned to the Trust's objectives • In Trust support for the integration and upgrade of the connectivity, communications and security infrastructure as required, including liaising with relevant third parties on behalf of the Trust • Suppliers may be required to deliver a range of technology and change management projects in addition to the providing the core managed service. • Enhanced support during OFSTED visits, Exam periods, and around results days for Exams • The potential supply of a significant amount of Apple iPad devices - currently estimated to be c.2,500 over 5 years o A comprehensive managed service for repair and replace…
The Electric Theatre is an iconic and historic building in the heart of Guildford, originally built as an electricity works in 1913 and converted into a theatre in 1997. The venue is currently vacant, with Guildford Borough Council assuming full responsibility for the building and its associated holding costs. The Council has undertaken a programme of technical surveys and stakeholder engagement to establish a clear evidence base to inform the future of the asset, confirming both the significant cultural value of the venue and a strong community aspiration for its continued use as an arts and performance space. The Council intends to appoint an operator or leaseholder to run the venue on a lease or concession basis pending final classification and is undertaking preliminary market engagement to understand market capacity and appetite among cultural, community and commercial operators before finalising its procurement route and minimum requirements. This is not a call for competition and does not commit the Council to commence a procurement process.
