Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: świadczenie usługi ochrony osób i mienia w kompleksach wojskowych mieszczących się przy ul. Szubińskiej 2, ul. Szubińskiej 105 oraz ul. Bronisława Potockiego 14 w Bydgoszczy realizowanej w formie bezpośredniej ochrony fizycznej przez Specjalistyczne Uzbrojone Formacje Ochronne (SUFO) przez Wykonawcę posiadającego koncesję na prowadzenie działalności gospodarczej w zakresie ochrony osób i mienia, zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 22 sierpnia 1997 r. o ochronie osób i mienia (Dz.U z 2025 r. poz.532 t.j.). Gegenstand der vorliegenden Bauausschreibung ist das Gewerk "Trockenbauarbeiten" für die Realisierung des Funktionsneubaus an der Rems-Murr-Klinik Schorndorf. Die Trockenbauarbeiten umfassen die Herstellung von nichttragenden Innenwandkonstruktionen und sonstigen Trockenbaukonstruktionen für den Funktionsneubau einschließlich der hierfür erforderlichen Liefer-, Montage-, Anpassungs- und Dokumentationsleistungen. Die Leistungen dienen der funktionalen, technischen und nutzungsgerechten Ausgestaltung der medizinischen Funktionsbereiche, Pflegebereiche sowie der sonstigen Nutzungsbereiche des Neubaus. Die Bauleistungen im Gewerk "Trockenbauarbeiten" weisen insbesondere folgende Leistungen auf: - Herstellung von Trockenbauwänden, - Herstellung und Schließung einer Vielzahl von Durchführungen und Anschlüssen für die Gewerke der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung, - Ausführung von Wandkonstruktionen mit Strahlenschutzanforderungen unter Einsatz bleikaschierter Gipsplatten, - Lieferung und Montage von Fertigfenstern mit Strahlenschutzglas, - Herstellung verstärkter Unterkonstruktionen aus Stahl-Leichtbaustützen an Türdurchgängen, - Errichtung von Deckenschotts. Die Trockenbauarbeiten sind für den Gesamtbauablauf und die Fertigstellung des Funktionsneubaus von wesentlicher Bedeutung, da sie zahlreiche Schnittstellen zu den Ausbau- und TGA-Gewerken aufweisen und wesentliche Voraussetzungen für die Fertigstellung und den bestimmungsgemäßen Betrieb der medizinischen Funktions-, Behandlungs- und Pflegebereiche schaffen. Die Leistungen stehen in enger technischer und terminlicher Abhängigkeit zu zahlreichen weiteren Ausbau- und TGA-Gewerken, insbesondere den Gewerken Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär, Elektro, Gebäudeleittechnik sowie der Energiezentrale. Besondere Herausforderungen ergeben sich aus der Vielzahl der erforderlichen Durchführungen und Anschlüsse für die technischen Gewerke, den erhöhten Anforderungen einzelner Bereiche an den Strahlenschutz sowie den hiermit verbundenen Sonderkonstruktionen. Hinzu kommt die Erforderlichkeit, die Ausführungsabläufe auf den Baufortschritt sowie die Leistungen der übrigen Gewerke abzustimmen. Besondere Anforderungen bestehen zudem im Zusammenhang mit vorgezogenen Est-richarbeiten und der hierfür erforderlichen Bauablaufkoordination. Diese Rahmenbedingungen erfordern eine enge Abstimmung mit den Bietern bereits im Vergabeverfahren hinsichtlich der technischen Umsetzung, der Ausführungsorganisation und der Schnittstellenkoordination. For the purposes of this PQQ, the requirement is for the supply and installation of up to 64 Adaptable Educational Workstation Frames, comprising 32 units for North House Building and 32 units for Premier House Building. The final configuration will vary depending on the final floor layouts. It is anticipated that the Plaza layout will consist of four rows of eight workstations, with the two external rows requiring rear sliding-door access and the two central rows configured back-to-back without rear access doors. The design may also need to accommodate existing structural features, including pillars, within North House Building. At present, no equivalent configuration or floor layout has been developed for Premier House Building. The successful tenderer(s) will be required to work collaboratively with the project design team during the dialogue phase to establish the most appropriate Adaptable Educational Workstation Frame configuration and layout for Premier House Building, taking account of operational requirements and any site-specific constraints.

Maintenance, support, further development and expansion of CEFTA TRACES NT and related SPS digital systems. CEFTA TRACES NT is based on the TRACES NT source code provided by the European Commission’s DG SANTE to CEFTA and adapted to support SPS processes and information exchange within CEFTA. The platform supports the electronic processing, issuance and exchange of phytosanitary certificates, veterinary health certificates, CHED-like documents, pharmaceutical permits and other SPS-related documentation and data, as well as traceability, information exchange and risk management between competent administrations. A key objective of the contract is to further develop CEFTA TRACES NT towards fully electronic, end-to-end exchange of phytosanitary and veterinary certificates within CEFTA and, progressively, with the European Union, reducing and ultimately replacing paper-based exchanges where the necessary technical conditions are in place. This will include further development of electronic certification workflows, certificate models, validation mechanisms, electronic signatures and trust services, and the interfaces required for electronic data exchange. The contract will also support the completion, further development and operationalisation of the CEFTA Notification System for plant health and food and feed safety, including notifications concerning risks, non-compliant consignments, rejections and related follow-up information. The contract will cover continuous maintenance, security, performance and reliability of the platform, as well as upgrades and new functionalities required to respond to evolving operational needs. It will also support interoperability with local SPS systems of CEFTA Parties and relevant EU and international systems, including the further development of interfaces and automated data exchange to minimise duplicate data entry. Further development will seek to maintain close technical alignment with the EU IMSOC environment and TRACES NT, as well as relevant notification and information-exchange processes linked to RASFF/iRASFF, EUROPHYT and ADIS, where applicable. The overall objective is to establish a progressively integrated SPS digital environment enabling reliable electronic exchange of certificates, notifications and other SPS information within CEFTA and between CEFTA and the EU.

Bournemouth University ("BU" or the "University") is exploring options for the provision of a co-managed Security Operations Centre (SOC) service to enhance and future-proof its cyber security operations capability. The University is seeking market feedback from experienced Managed Security Service Providers to better understand available service models, implementation approaches, commercial arrangements and indicative costs. BU has invested significantly in its internal cyber security capability and Microsoft security technologies, including Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender XDR, Entra ID Protection, Security Copilot and related services. The University is now considering how external specialist support could complement its in-house team through a co-managed SOC operating model. The key objectives of a future service are expected to include: - Enhancing monitoring, detection and response capabilities through either 24/7 or out-of-hours SOC coverage. - Improving threat detection, triage, false-positive reduction and incident response effectiveness. - Providing additional specialist expertise, operational resilience and surge capacity during major incidents or periods of heightened risk. - Maintaining and continuously improving detection rules, playbooks, automation and security monitoring capabilities. - Leveraging threat intelligence, sector insight, automation and AI-enabled capabilities to strengthen cyber resilience and operational effectiveness. - Establishing a robust governance, reporting and service management framework with clear responsibilities between BU and the supplier. - Maximising the value of the University's existing Microsoft security investments while minimising the need for additional tooling wherever appropriate. North Yorkshire Council (the Authority) is requesting information from suppliers to help determine the scope and feasibility of its requirement and to assist with drafting a future tender specification for Live Well at Home framework. The service required is an 8-bed female-only Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) providing specialist 24-hour inpatient care for adult women (18+) experiencing acute and severe mental illness whose level of risk, behavioural disturbance, or clinical acuity cannot be safely managed within a standard acute mental health ward. The service will serve patients across the Thames Valley footprint and provide rapid assessment, intensive multidisciplinary treatment, enhanced observation, physical healthcare, psychological and trauma-informed interventions, and active discharge planning from admission. The service must deliver safe, gender-responsive, recovery-focused care within a therapeutic environment, supporting women with complex mental health needs while reducing reliance on out-of-area placements. The provider will be required to demonstrate robust clinical governance, appropriate staffing and skill mix, effective pathway integration, and measurable improvements in patient outcomes, safety, experience, and timely step-down to less intensive services

UKHSA is conducting an early market engagement exercise via Request For Information (RFI) to understand current market capabilities, delivery models, and innovations in the provision of global flight and passenger data services. The contract will cover the delivery, operation, management and ongoing development of the MPS's enterprise network estate. The successful supplier will provide end-to-end management of the Authority's network fabric enabling secure communication between users, systems, sites and partner organisations, together with the associated security and service management activities required to integrate with the MPS's wider IT ecosystem. The successful supplier will also be responsible for operational management of the Authority's connectivity suppliers which are procured under separate third-party contracts direct between the connectivity providers and the Authority.
