Dans le cadre de la sous-composante 2.2 du projet, il est prévu la construction : de l'école des Métiers de Menuiserie, Bois et Aluminium (EMMBA) ; de l'école des Métiers du Bâtiment et des Travaux Publics (EMBTP) ; de l'école des Métiers du Numérique (EMN), sur le site de Sèmè City à Ouidah, ainsi que : de l'école des Arts du Bénin (EAB) à Cotonou. Compte tenu des changements intervenus dans les sites d'implantation et dans la conception architecturale et technique des infrastructures, l'ADET envisage de recruter un cabinet qualifié pour réaliser les études d'Impact Environnemental et Social (EIES) simplifiées requises conformément à la réglementation nationale et au Cadre Environnemental et Social de la Banque mondiale. La mission consiste à réaliser : trois (03) EIES simplifiées pour les écoles des Métiers de Ouidah ; une (01) EIES simplifiée pour l'école des Arts du Bénin à Cotonou ; et à élaborer les Plans de Gestion Environnementale et Sociale (PGES) correspondants, jusqu'à leur validation par l'Agence Béninoise pour l'Environnement (ABE) et l'obtention des Certificats de Conformité Environnementale et Sociale (CCES). „Búvár-tó és környezetének komplex fejlesztése” című, TOP_PLUSZ-1.3.2-23-SG1-2025-00019 azonosító számú projekt kapcsán engedélyezési és kiviteli tervek készítése, tervezői művezetés és kapcsolódó járulékos szolgáltatások ellátása tervezési szerződés keretében. A tervezés tárgya: A Szegedi Búvár-tó és környezetének rendezése, rehabilitációja, figyelemmel a tó élővilágára, valamint a tó területe mellett élő és az odalátogató emberek életében betöltött szerepére. A tó közvetlen környezetéhez kapcsolódó további zöldfelületek és közterületek rehabilitációja és új rekreációs funkciók kialakításának tervezése az elkészült vázlatterv alapján. Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie do ważenia odpadów w miejscu ich odbioru, w obecności przedstawiciela Zamawiającego. 4. Wykonawca ponosi pełną odpowiedzialność odszkodowawczą wobec Zamawiającego za nieprzestrzeganie przepisów BHP, P.POŻ oraz zaleceń jednostek kontrolujących – w zakresie świadczonych usług. 5. Ilość wskazana w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ jest ilością orientacyjną, przyjętą w celu porównania ofert i wyboru najkorzystniejszej oferty. 6. Wykonawca musi posiadać ubezpieczenie w zakresie prowadzonej działalności związanej z przedmiotem zamówienia.

Background Troms County needs to establish a new framework agreement for the ongoing procurement of signs with accompanying equipment for the county road network in Troms. The framework agreement shall cover ongoing needs connected to ordinary operation and maintenance, replacement of injured or missing signs and temporary signs for road works, and contribute to more predictable and quicker access to signs covered by the contract. The objective of the procurement is to ensure uniform ordering routines, stable security of deliveries, products with documented quality and a more efficient ordering and follow-up process. The framework agreement shall allow the county to cover both planned and urgent needs in a proper and practical way. Description of the assignment The assignment includes the delivery of standard road signs for use on county road in Troms, including signs for ordinary replacement, maintenance and temporary use in road works. The delivery shall cover several categories of signs, including danger signs, ban signs, signposts, information signs, as well as street and road display signs. The delivery also includes the necessary accessories and assembly equipment, including fasteners, post clamps and systems for setting up temporary signs. Furthermore, documentation shall be entered into that demonstrates that the products fulfil relevant requirements for, among other things, conformity, reflective class and shelf life. The contract also includes an option for the delivery of digital signs and the accompanying Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) systems. The contracting authority reserves the right, but not the obligation, to use this option in the contract period. A system is requested that enables simple and uniform ordering across operational areas, with standardised products and clear marking. The tenderer must be able to handle distribution throughout Troms county and take care of both ongoing orders and a need for quick delivery in incidents and acute replacements.
