Dans le cadre de la sous-composante 2.2 du projet, il est prévu la construction : de l'école des Métiers de Menuiserie, Bois et Aluminium (EMMBA) ; de l'école des Métiers du Bâtiment et des Travaux Publics (EMBTP) ; de l'école des Métiers du Numérique (EMN), sur le site de Sèmè City à Ouidah, ainsi que : de l'école des Arts du Bénin (EAB) à Cotonou. Compte tenu des changements intervenus dans les sites d'implantation et dans la conception architecturale et technique des infrastructures, l'ADET envisage de recruter un cabinet qualifié pour réaliser les études d'Impact Environnemental et Social (EIES) simplifiées requises conformément à la réglementation nationale et au Cadre Environnemental et Social de la Banque mondiale. La mission consiste à réaliser : trois (03) EIES simplifiées pour les écoles des Métiers de Ouidah ; une (01) EIES simplifiée pour l'école des Arts du Bénin à Cotonou ; et à élaborer les Plans de Gestion Environnementale et Sociale (PGES) correspondants, jusqu'à leur validation par l'Agence Béninoise pour l'Environnement (ABE) et l'obtention des Certificats de Conformité Environnementale et Sociale (CCES). Diese hier vorliegende Ausschreibung soll als Ergebnis ein Angebot erbringen, das eine cloudbasierte Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-Lösung zur effizienten Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen (Anhang/Lagebericht) zur Verfügung stellt, die von allen 14 Hochschulen des CCHH-Verbunds nutzbar ist.
„Búvár-tó és környezetének komplex fejlesztése” című, TOP_PLUSZ-1.3.2-23-SG1-2025-00019 azonosító számú projekt kapcsán engedélyezési és kiviteli tervek készítése, tervezői művezetés és kapcsolódó járulékos szolgáltatások ellátása tervezési szerződés keretében. A tervezés tárgya: A Szegedi Búvár-tó és környezetének rendezése, rehabilitációja, figyelemmel a tó élővilágára, valamint a tó területe mellett élő és az odalátogató emberek életében betöltött szerepére. A tó közvetlen környezetéhez kapcsolódó további zöldfelületek és közterületek rehabilitációja és új rekreációs funkciók kialakításának tervezése az elkészült vázlatterv alapján. A projekt területére, az 1-4. jelű területekre, engedélyezési és kiviteli tervek készítése, tervezői művezetés és kapcsolódó járulékos szolgáltatások ellátása. Tervezéssel érintett terület: Búvár-tó és környéke, a Kossuth L. sgt. - Rókusi krt. – Körtöltés u. – Tüzép köz – Szatymazi u. (a Pulz u-ig, a vasúttal párhuzamos része is) által határolt terület a mellékelt átnézeti helyszínrajz szerint. Az engedélyezési és kiviteli tervet az alábbi területi felosztásban kell elkészíteni: 1. terület: Búvár-tó és környezete, a Szatymazi u. – Rókusi krt. 29., 31., 33., 35. számú épületek mellett (a tó felöli oldalon) húzódó járda – Pláza épülete által határolt terület. Ezen belül, a tóval kapcsolatos munkák elkülöníthetően szerepeljenek. Részletes feladat meghatározás: -Az 1. terület vonatkozásában, a Vázlattervtől eltérően, az alábbi elemek tervezése nem képezi jelen tervezési feladat részét: - 2 db öltöző 10 m2 méretű és 2 db belső vizes helyiségekkel (WC és mosdó) - Mobil lelátó helyének tervezése. -Geodéziai felmérések (magassági, vízszintes felvételek) ellenőrzése, az adatok dokumentálása a földhivatali nyilvántartásnak megfelelő ingatlanhatárok feltüntetésével, hiteles (földhivatali) adatszolgáltatás alapján. A felmérést digitális formában át kell adni. -A tervezési terület meglévő állapotának fényképes rögzítése (50 db színes 4Mb méretű fotó) és szöveges leírása (2000 leütés terjedelemben). -A terveken fel kell tüntetni az érintett- és a szomszédos ingatlan határokat és az ingatlanok helyrajzi számát, a tervdokumentációknak tartalmaznia kell az érintett és szomszédos tulajdonosok jegyzékét tulajdoni lap alapján. -A mindenkor hatályos jogszabályok szerint a hatósági engedélyhez, bejelentéshez vagy szakhatósági állásfoglalás/nyilatkozathoz kötött beavatkozások engedélyeinek beszerzése, a szükséges dokumentációk elkészítésével és benyújtásával. A szakági engedélyező hatóságok nyilatkozatának beszerzése szükséges abban az esetben, ha a tervezett beavatkozás nem minősül engedélyköteles tevékenységnek. Az engedélyezésre történő benyújtás előtt Tervezőnek szükséges egyeztetnie az engedélyező hatósággal az engedélykérelem szükséges tartalmáról. Tervező az engedélyezési eljárások során közreműködik az engedélyező hatóságok által előírt hiánypótlások teljesítésében, illetve az engedélyben előírt feltételek tervdokumentációban szükséges módosításában. A négy tervezési területre a hatósági engedélyeket egyben kell megkérni, olyan tartalommal, hogy abban az ütemezés (szakaszolás) tartalmilag megjelenjen, külön-külön meg¬valósíthatóan. -Az engedélyes tervekhez és kiviteli tervekhez szükséges közműnyilatkozatok (e-közmű) és egyéb hozzájárulások beszerzése. -Látványterv készítése (színes, legalább 4Mb méretű, fotorealisztikus, felszíni, valamint madártávlati néző…
