Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist der Abschluss von Rahmenvereinbarungen mit jeweils einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer je Los für die Erbringung sämtlicher Werkstatt- und Serviceleistungen am Fuhrpark der enercity Netz GmbH im Großraum Hannover. Der Fuhrpark umfasst rund 386 Fahrzeuge (Pkw, leichte Nutzfahrzeuge, Lkw, Anhänger sowie Sonderfahrzeuge mit Spezialaufbauten wie Ladekran und Hubarbeitsbühne). Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere: - Inspektionen und Wartungen nach Herstellervorgaben, - Verschleiß- und Reparaturarbeiten, Unfallinstandsetzung, - gesetzliche Prüfungen (HU/AU, UVV, SP, GAP), - Karosserie- und Lackarbeiten, - Reifen- und Klimaservice, - Arbeiten an Hochvolt-Komponenten elektrifizierter Fahrzeuge (DGUV Information 209-093, HV-Qualifikationsstufen 2 und 3), - Beschaffung und Verbau von OEM-Originalersatzteilen, - Hol- und Bringservice (innerhalb der Region Hannover kostenfrei). Die enercity Netz GmbH unterhält eine eigene Kfz-Werkstatt. Aus dieser Ausschreibung wird der externe Anteil der Werkstattleistungen vergeben (im Normalbetrieb ca. 40 % des Gesamtvolumens). Bei Personalausfall oder Vakanzen in der Eigenwerkstatt muss der Auftragnehmer Volumen bis zu 100 % des Bedarfs erbringen können (Resilienzklausel). Die Vergabe erfolgt in zwei Losen, gegliedert nach Marken-/Fahrzeugklassen. Eine Mehrfachvergabe an denselben Wirtschaftsteilnehmer ist zulässig. Laufzeit: 36 Monate Grundlaufzeit ab 01.11.2026 mit der einseitigen Option der Auftraggeberin auf bis zu viermal 12 Monate Verlängerung; maximale Gesamtlaufzeit 96 Monate (§ 21 Abs. 6 SektVO). Ein Rechtsanspruch auf die Beauftragung, sowie die Beauftragung mit weiteren Stufen oder Besonderen Leistungen, besteht nicht. Es wurden noch keine Planungsleistungen nach HOAI Objekt- bzw. Fachplanung erbracht. Die Zielfindungsphase nach BGB / LPH 0 ist mit den vorliegenden Unterlagen im VgV abgeschlossen. Die wesentlichen Informationen können den Vergabeunterlagen Stufe 1 entnommen werden. Alle vorhandenen Unterlagen erhalten die ausgewählten Teilnehmer mit Einladung in die 2. Stufe. Hinweis: Mit Inkrafttreten der neuen Fassung der HOAI 2021 zum 01.01.2021 ist die Bindung an Mindest- und Höchstsätze aufgehoben. Die Honorartafeln der HOAI 2021 weisen Orientierungswerte aus. Das Honorar richtet sich nach der Vereinbarung, die die Vertragsparteien in Textform treffen. Der Auftraggeber weist darauf hin, dass gemäß § 7 HOAI ein höheres oder niedrigeres Honorar als die in den Honorartafeln der HOAI festgelegten Orientierungswerte vereinbart werden kann. **Update 22/10/2026 - There's just over a week remaining to contribute information about potential systems, sensors, products and data solutions that could potentially help address the UK cross-government SDA requirements. Please do consider providing information.** Note, this activity is not directly related to a specific procurement and any information provided are without commitment and prejudice for all parties. Therefore, there will not be a contract issued following this exercise. The purpose of this spreadsheet is to understand how different systems, sensors, products and data solutions provided by industry could address the UK Cross-Government SDA requirements. This may help to inform the potential contributions to a UK SDA Systems of Systems that will address these requirements operationally. UK government will use the data provided in the creation of a Capability Map, allowing analysis of current UK capabilities against the requirement set, including consideration of how commercial offerings could close gaps. Furthermore, gap analysis on the full Capability Map will allow UK government to identify areas where further research and development activity may be required, when no sovereign or commercial offerings are available to meet a requirement. With the 2026 update to the SDA Requirements, and in order to keep the Capability Map current, this RFI activity is a continuation of the previous call and will likely be repeated in the future. This RFI provides the standardised format for commercial to demonstrate current capabilities and reflect growth, and UK government to track the health of the sector and available capabilities. We ask that respondees complete the spreadsheet for the systems etc they offer. This may require multiple returns, depending on the commercial capability. Workforce Influenza Vaccination Programme: On-site Settings Delivery Model

The Authority has conducted the procurement using an open procedure in accordance with the requirements of the Procurement Legislation and as established by Section 6(6) of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 for the purpose of procuring the Services described in the Specification. The Authority is to procure a Provider to deliver Influenza vaccinations to its workforce as a Service in various on-site locations across Lancashire. This could include office settings, highways depots and schools. This Service is offered as a staff benefit and supports the annual flu plan developed by the Department of Health and Social Care, the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) and NHS England. The Authority was looking to open this opportunity to the market as an open competition to ensure value for money through a longer-term contract of an initial 2 years plus up to an additional potential 1 year extension. The successful Provider will deliver immunisation against influenza to those identified as being eligible by the Authority. The Service will operate as an on-site clinic model between the period of the 5th October 2026 to 30th November 2026 and 1st October 2027 to 30th November 2027. The anticipated Service Commencement Date 05/10/2025. The contract shall have an initial period of 2 years. This notice is an intention to award a contract under the PSR competitive process. The maximum lifetime value of the contract is £165,000. The intention is to award to H & A.K Fletcher Ltd, T/A Broadway Pharmacy with Cure Clinics.
